I. Return and Exchange Terms
Return and Exchange Period:
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product.
Eligibility:
Return and exchange items must meet the following requirements:
In new and unused condition;
Retain the original packaging, tags, and accessories;
Accompany with a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Invalid Returns and Exchanges:
Items exceeding the return and exchange period;
Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged;
Items on sale or clearance (excluding quality issues).

II. Return and Exchange Process
Application Steps:
Submit a return or exchange request via email or through the “Contact Us” page.
We will respond within 2–3 business days and provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return address.

Returning Items:
After receiving an RMA number, please return the item within 7 days and include the order number and reason for return in the package.

Processing Time:

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will complete the refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment account; the exact time it takes will depend on the bank or payment platform.

III. Shipping and Fees

For returns due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size or change of mind), shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

For returns due to quality issues, wrong item, or shipping damage, we will cover all shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safety of the package.

IV. International Order Returns

We support international returns and exchanges, but international shipping times and costs vary by region.

All international returns are subject to US export and destination country import regulations.

International shipping costs, duties, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the reason is due to quality or shipping errors). International returns are typically processed within 15–30 business days.

After returning your item, you will be automatically notified of the return status via email.

  1. Damaged and Exceptional Products

If the item you received is damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:

Photos of the item and packaging;

Order number and description of the issue.

We will arrange a return, exchange, or reissue as soon as possible after verification.

  1. Special Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet our return standards.

If we detect unusual return activity (such as multiple returns or malicious activity), we reserve the right to suspend service or refuse transactions.
