II. Return and Exchange Process
Please submit your return request via email or the “Contact Us” page on our website.
We will review and provide a return authorization (RMA number) and return address within 2–3 business days.
Please return the item within 7 days of receiving the RMA number, and include your order number and reason for return in the package.
Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment account; processing time may vary slightly depending on the bank or payment method.
III. Import, Export, and Shipping Standards
Orders within the United States
Typically arrive within 3–7 business days (depending on the region).
Shipping is via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
International orders (both import and export)
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment, subject to the destination country’s customs and local logistics.
All international shipments are subject to US export compliance and the destination country’s import requirements.
Duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

V. Shipping Damage and Issues

Return shipping costs incurred due to personal reasons (such as incorrect size, change of mind, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect product delivery, we will cover all return and exchange costs.
